Rights in Water and Irrigation (Prevention of Pollution of Waters) Repeal Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Environmental Protection Authority.

1.            Citation

By Command of the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, ROD SPENCER, Clerk of the Executive Council.

These regulations may be cited as the Rights in Water and
Irrigation (Prevention of Pollution of Waters) Repeal
Regulations 2001.

2.            Repeal

The Rights in Water and Irrigation (Prevention of Pollution of
Waters) Regulations 1977 are repealed.

Recommended by a resolution of the Environmental Protection Authority at a meeting of the Authority on 21 June 2001.
