RIGHTS IN WATER AND IRRIGATION (CONSTRUCTION AND

ALTERATION OF WELLS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1993

Made by the Lieutenant Governor and Deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council for the purposes of the Rights in Water and Irrigation Act 1914.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Rights in Water and Irrigation

(Construction and Alteration of Wells) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1993.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1993.

Schedule 2 amended

3. Schedule 2 to the Rights in Water and Irrigation (Construction and Alteration of Wells) Regulations 1963* is amended by deleting "$7.50" and substituting the following —

" $8.00 ".
