RIGHTS IN WATER AND IRRIGATION (CONSTRUCTION AND ALTERA-
TION OF WELLS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council for the purposes of the Rights in Water and Irrigation Act 1914.

Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Rights in Water and Irrigation

(Construction and Alteration of Wells) Amendment Regulations 1991.

Commencement

2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1991.

Schedule 2 amended
3. Schedule 2 to the Rights in Water and Irrigation (Construction and Alteration
of Wells) Regulations 1963* is amended by deleting "$6.75" and substituting the

following-

" $7.20 ".
