RIGHTS IN WATER AND IRRIGATION (CONSTRUCTION AND ALTERATION OF WELLS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council for the purposes of
the Rights in Water and Irrigation Act 1914.
Citation

1.   These regulations may be cited as the Rights in Water and Irrigation

(Construction and Alteration of Wells) Amendment Regulations 1990.
Commencement

2.    These regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1990.

Schedule 2 amended

3.    Schedule 2 to the Rights in Water and Irrigation (Construction and

Alteration of Wells) Regulations 1963* is amended by deleting "$6.25" and
substituting the following—

$6.75 ".
