Rights in Water and Irrigation Amendment

Regulations 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Rights in Water and Irrigation
Amendment Regulations 2014.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Delete Schedule 1 Part 1 items 1 and 2. R. KENNEDY, Clerk of the Executive Council.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Rights in Water and Irrigation Regulations 2000.
4.	Regulations 19 and 20 deleted Delete regulations 19 and 20.
5.	Regulation 56 deleted Delete regulation 56.

6.            Schedule 1 Part I amended
