Rights in Water and Irrigation Amendment

Regulations 2008

3.	The regulations amended The amendments in these regulations are to the Rights in Water
and Irrigation Regulations 2000.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Rights in Water and Irrigation
Amendment Regulations 2008.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

4.            Regulation 52A amended

Regulation 52A is amended by deleting "section 56 of the instead —

" the Financial Management Act 2006 section 57 "

5.            Schedule 3 amended

Schedule 3 Form 3 is amended by deleting "complaint" in both places where it occurs and inserting instead —

" prosecution notice ".
