RIGHTS IN WATER AND IRRIGATION AIVIENDIVINT

REGULATIONS 1993

Made by the Lieutenant Governor and Deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council for the purposes of the Rights in Water and Irrigation Act 1914.

Citation

I.  These regulations may be cited as the Rights in Water and Irrigation

Amendment Regulations 1993.

Commencement

2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1993.

Appendix 2 repealed and an Appendix substituted

3. Appendix 2 to the Rights in Water and Irrigation Regulations 1941* is

repealed and the following Appendix is substituted.
