RIGHTS IN WATER AND IRRIGATION AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council for the purposes of the Rights in Water and Irrigation Aet 1914.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Rights in Water and Irrigation

Amendment Regulations 1992.

Commencement

2.      These regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1992.

Appendix 2 repealed and an Appendix substituted

3.      Appendix 2 to the Rights in Water and Irrigation Regulations 1941*

is repealed and the following Appendix is substituted -
