2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1990.

RIGHTS IN WATER AND IRRIGATION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990
Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council for the purposes of
the Rights in Water and Irrigation Act 1914.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Rights in Water and Irrigation

Amendment Regulations 1990.
Commencement

Appendix 2 repealed and an Appendix substituted

3 Appendix 2 to the Rights in Water and Irrigation Act Regulations 1941*

is repealed and the following Appendix is substituted—
