AN ACT to amend the Rights in Water and
Irrigation Act, 1914-1964.
[Assented to 10th December, 1971.]
RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Rights in MOIrt tine

(2) The Minister may, by notice published in the Government Gazette, exempt the owners or occupiers of land in any part of the State from the requirement of complying with the pro- visions of subsection (1) of this section and may, by subsequent notice so published, vary or cancel any such notice. .

5. Subsection (5) of section 20 of the principal p.mirent
