This Plan is Richmond Valley Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 5).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to all land to which Richmond Valley Local Environmental Plan

2012 applies.

4 Amendment of Richmond Valley Local Environmental Plan 2012

(1) Part 2, Land Use Table, Zone RU1

Insert “Educational establishments;” in alphabetical order in item 3.

(2)	Schedule 2 Exempt development
Omit all matter relating to “Signage”.
