Act , 1900, t h e Legis la t ive Assembly did, by resolution, declare
H a w k e s b u r y River a t R i c h m o n d : A n d whereas on the passing of t he said resolut ion a s t a tu to ry d u t y was by the said A c t imposed on the Secre tary for Pub l i c W o r k s to in t roduce a Bill in to t h e said Assembly
