Application for approval of the Rex Airlines Domestic Pilots’ Enterprise Agreement 2022
Rex Airlines Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Rex Airlines Domestic Pilots’ Enterprise Agreement 2022 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 1 August 2023. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 30 June 2025.
The Agreement covers the Australian Federation of Air Pilots.
