Revocation of the Commonwealth Grant Guidelines – July 2009

Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997

I, Penelope Ying Yen Wong, Minister for Finance and Deregulation, pursuant to regulation 7A of the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, revoke the Commonwealth Grant Guidelines made on 25 June 2009, issued under regulation 7A of the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.

This revocation takes effect on 1 June 2013.
