Revocation of Modification Declarations

Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993

I, Brandon Kong Leong Khoo, a delegate of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority, under section 335 of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (the SIS Act) REVOKE the following modification declarations which were made under section 332 of the SIS Act:

·    Modification Declaration No 2;

·    Modification Declaration No 4;

·    Modification Declaration No 7;

·    Modification Declaration No 8;

·    Modification Declaration No 11;

·    Modification Declaration No 14;

·    Modification Declaration No 15;

·    Modification Declaration No 16;

·    Modification Declaration No 18;

·    Modification Declaration No 21.

Note By virtue of paragraph 12(1)(d) of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003 (the LIA), this Revocation comes into effect the first moment of the day next following the day when it is registered under the LIA.
