Revocation of Standard Under the Radiocommunications Act 1983

I, BOB COLLINS, Minister of State for Transport and Communications, make the following instrument under section 9 of the Radiocommunications Act 1983.

Citation

1.  This instrument may be cited as “Revocation of Ministerial Standard 313”.

Date of effect

2.  This instrument is taken to have come into operation on 16 April 1992.

[NOTE:  Ministerial Standard 313 was superseded by Technical Standard TS 005—1992 made under the Telecommunications Act 1991 with effect from 16 April 1992.]

Revocation

3. Ministerial Standard 313 (Statutory Rules 1987 No. 40) is revoked.
