I, De-Anne Margaret Kelly, Parliamentary Secretary to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Transport and Regional Services acting under subsection 10.03(2) of the Trade Practices Act 1974 declare that all previous Instruments of Declaration made under subsection 10.03(2) of the Trade Practices Act 1974 in relation to the Dairy Industry Shipping Association are revoked.
