REVOCATION OF CUSTOMS BY-LAWS

INSTRUMENT OF REVOCATION NO.2 (2013)

I, GEOFFREY JOHANNES, under section 271 of the Customs Act 1901 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, revoke the by-law No.1300533 published in the Gazette, and made for the purposes of the item of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995.

This instrument shall take effect on 1 July 2013.
