REVOCATION OF CUSTOMS BY-LAWS

INSTRUMENT OF REVOCATION NO.1 (2011)

I, ANITA LANGFORD, under section 271 of the Customs Act 1901 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, revoke the by-laws published in the Gazette, and made for the purposes of the item of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 specified in the Table below.
