REVOCATION OF CUSTOMS BY-LAW

INSTRUMENT OF REVOCATION NO.3(2011)

I, ANITA LANGFORD, under section 271 of the Customs Act 1901 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, revoke the by-law 0040028 published in the Gazette TC 42 of 25 October 2000, and made for the purposes of item 41E of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995. This instrument shall take effect on 1 January 2012.
