REVOCATION OF CUSTOMS BY-LAW

INSTRUMENT OF REVOCATION NO.2 (2011)

I, ANITA LANGFORD, under section 271 of the Customs Act 1901 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, revoke the by-law 0618808 published in the Gazette TC 49 of 13 December 2006, and made for the purposes of item 73 of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995.

This instrument shall take effect on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
