Application for approval of the Revma Electrical Contractors Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2021 -2025.

[1] Revma Electrical Contractors Pty Ltd T/A O'Brien Electrical Moorabbin has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Revma Electrical Contractors Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2021 -2025 (the Agreement).

[2] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 10 September 2021. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 2 September 2025.
