An Act to amend the Revenue Measures Act 2005

[Royal Assent 21 June 2007]

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

1Short titleThis Act may be cited as the Revenue Measures Amendment Act 2007 . 2CommencementThis Act is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2005. 3Principal ActIn this Act, the Revenue Measures Act 2005 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4Section 24 amended (Recovery of liability) Section 24(1) of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting "or"; (b) by inserting ", credit card holder or credit card provider" after "institution"; (c) by omitting "debits".
