1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Revenue Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2016 .

2   Commencement

(1)This regulation, other than parts 4 and 5, commences on 1 July 2016.

(2)Parts 4 and 5 commence on 1 July 2016, immediately after the commencement of the Natural Resources and Mines Legislation (Fees) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2016, sections 40 and 51.
