Revenue Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2010 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Revenue Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2010 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2010. Part 2 Amendment of Community Ambulance Cover Regulation 2003 3 Regulation amended This part amends the CommunityAmbulanceCoverRegulation 2003. 4 Replacement of ss 3 and 4 Sections 3 and 4— omit, insert — ‘3 Annual levy prescribed—Act, s 19 ‘For section 19(2) of the Act, the annual levy is— (a) $105.87 for the financial year starting on 1 July 2009; and (b) $109.05 for the financial year starting on 1 July 2010. ‘4 Notification of daily levy—Act, s 20 ‘For section 20(3) of the Act, the daily levy is— Page 2 2010 SL No. 89

Part 3 Amendment of Duties Regulation 2002 5 Regulation amended This part amends the Duties Regulation 2002. 6 Amendment of s 6 (Fee for instrument lodged on which duty is not imposed—Act, s 495) Section 6, ‘$29.95’— omit, insert— ‘$30.80’. 7 Amendment of sch 3A (Fee payable for administrative function) (1) Schedule 3A, ‘4.05’— omit, insert— ‘4.15’.
