Revenue Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Revenue Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2011. Part 2 Amendment of Community Ambulance Cover Regulation 2003 3 Regulation amended This part amends the CommunityAmbulanceCoverRegulation 2003. 4 Replacement of ss 3 and 4 Sections 3 and 4— omit, insert— ‘3 Annual levy prescribed—Act, s 19 ‘For section 19(2) of the Act, the annual levy is— (a) $109.05 for the financial year starting on 1 July 2010; and (b) $112.98 for the financial year starting on 1 July 2011. ‘4 Notification of daily levy—Act, s 20 ‘For section 20(3) of the Act, the daily levy is— Page 2 2011 SL No. 59

Part 3 Amendment of the Duties Regulation 2002 5 Regulation amended This part amends the Duties Regulation 2002. 6 Amendment of s 6 (Fee for instrument lodged on which duty is not imposed—Act, s 495) Section 6, ‘$30.80’— omit, insert— ‘$31.90’. 7 Amendment of sch 3A (Fee payable for administrative function) (1) Schedule 3A, ‘4.15’— omit, insert— ‘4.25’. (2) Section 3(2)(b), ‘$32’— omit, insert— ‘$33.15’.
