Part 2 Amendment of Duties Regulation 2002 3 Regulation amended This part amends the Duties Regulation 2002. 4 Amendment of s 6 (Fee for instrument lodged on which duty is not imposed—Act, s 495) Section 6, ‘$29.05’— omit, insert— ‘$29.95’. 5 Amendment of sch 3A (Fee payable for administrative function) (1) Schedule 3A, ‘3.95’— omit, insert— ‘4.05’.
