Part 1 Revenue Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Revenue Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2008. Part 2 Amendment of Community Ambulance Cover Regulation 2003 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the CommunityAmbulanceCoverRegulation 2003. 4 Replacement of ss 3 and 4 Sections 3 and 4— omit, insert — ‘3 Prescription of annual levy—Act, s 19 ‘For section 19(2) of the Act, the annual levy is— (a) $97.99 for the financial year starting on 1 July 2007; and (b) $102.69 for the financial year starting on 1 July 2008. ‘4 Notification of daily levy—Act, s 20 ‘For section 20(3) of the Act, the daily levy is— 2008 SL No. 127 Page 3

Part 3 Amendment of Duties Regulation 2002 5 Regulation amended in pt 3 This part amends the Duties Regulation 2002. 6 Amendment of s 6 (Fee for instrument lodged on which duty is not imposed—Act, s 495) Section 6, ‘$27.75’— omit, insert— ‘$29.05’. 7 Amendment of sch 3A (Fee payable for administrative function) (1) Schedule 3A, ‘3.80’— omit, insert— ‘3.95’.
