s1 2 s5 Revenue Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) No. 99, 2007 2007 Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Revenue Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2007. Part 2 Amendment of Duties Regulation 2002 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Duties Regulation 2002. 4 Amendment of s 6 (Fee for instrument lodged on which duty is not imposed—Act, s 495) Section 6, ‘$27.00’— omit, insert— ‘$27.75’. 5 Amendment of sch 3A (Fee payable for administrative function) (1) Schedule 3A, ‘3.70’— omit, insert— ‘3.80’. (2) Schedule 3A, ‘1.05’— omit, insert— ‘1.10’.

Part 4 Amendment of Land Tax Regulation 1999 8 Regulation amended in pt 4 This part amends the Land Tax Regulation 1999. 9 Amendment of s 21 (Fee for certificates about unpaid land tax—Act, s 37) (1) Section 21(a), ‘$22.65’— omit, insert— ‘$23.30’. (2) Section 21(b), ‘$28.05’— omit, insert— ‘$28.85’.
