s1 3 s5 Revenue Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) No. 127, 2006 2006 Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Revenue Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2006. Part 2 Amendment of Duties Regulation 2002 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Duties Regulation 2002. 4 Amendment of s 6 (Fee for instrument lodged on which duty is not imposed—Act, s 495) Section 6, ‘$26.25’— omit, insert— ‘$27.00’. 5 Insertion of new s 9 After section 8— insert— ‘9 Fee payable for administrative function The fee payable to the commissioner for an administrative function mentioned in schedule 3A is the amount stated in the schedule opposite the function.’.
