Part 2 Amendment of First Home Owner Grant Regulation 2000 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the FirstHomeOwnerGrantRegulation2000. 3 Amendment of s 3 (Declaration of relevant interests—Act, s 8) (1) Section 3(1)(c)— renumber as section 3(1)(d). (2) Section 3(1)— insert— ‘(c) a manufactured home owner’s interest in a site agreement for a site on which a manufactured home is positioned;’. (3) Section 3(2)— insert— ‘(c) for an interest mentioned in subsection (1)(c)—in the land on which the manufactured home is positioned.’. (4) Section 3(3)— insert— manufactured home see the ManufacturedHomes(Residential Parks) Act 2003 , schedule 2.
