s1 2 s3 Revenue Legislation Amendment and Repeal Regulation (No. 1) 2004 No. 241, 2004 Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Revenue Legislation Amendment and Repeal Regulation (No. 1) 2004 . Part 2 Amendment of First Home Owner Grant Regulation 2000 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the FirstHomeOwnerGrantRegulation2000. 3 Amendment of s 3 (Declaration of relevant interests—Act, s 8) (1) Section 3(1)(c)— renumber as section 3(1)(d). (2) Section 3(1)— insert— ‘(c) a manufactured home owner’s interest in a site agreement for a site on which a manufactured home is positioned;’. (3) Section 3(2)— insert— ‘(c) for an interest mentioned in subsection (1)(c)—in the land on which the manufactured home is positioned.’. (4) Section 3(3)— insert— ‘ manufactured home see the ManufacturedHomes(Residential Parks) Act 2003 , schedule 2.
