Revenue Laws (Reciprocal Powers) Regulation 2000 (NSW)
His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Revenue Laws (Reciprocal Powers) Act 1987.

This Regulation is the Revenue Laws (Reciprocal Powers) Regulation 2000.
This Regulation commences on 1 September 2000.
This Regulation replaces the Revenue Laws (Reciprocal Powers) Regulation 1995 which is repealed on 1 September 2000 under section 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989.
In this Regulation:
The explanatory note, table of contents and notes in the text of this Regulation do not form part of this Regulation.
For the purposes of paragraph (m) of the definition of
• Accommodation Levy Act 1997
• Commonwealth Places (Mirror Taxes Administration) Act 1998
• Premium Property Tax Act 1998
The object of this clause is to prescribe the relevant New South Wales revenue officers by whom, or under whose authority, information may be communicated to the Commonwealth and State authorities specified in section 12 (1) of the Act.
For the purposes of section 12 of the Act, the holder of an office specified in Column 2 of Schedule 1 is the prescribed New South Wales revenue officer for the corresponding New South Wales revenue law specified in Column 1 of that Schedule.
