REVENUE LAWS (RECIPROCAL POWERS) ACT 1987

REGULATION

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Revenue Laws (Reciprocal Powers) Act 1987, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Regulation is amended by deleting Schedule 1 and inserting the

Schedule hereunder.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The purpose of this Regulation is to update Schedule 1 with the inclusion of the Duties Act 1997, Premium Property Tax Act 1998, Petroleum Products Subsidy Act 1997 and the deletion of the Business Franchise Licences (Petroleum Products) Act 1987 and the Business Franchise Licences (Tobacco) Act 1997.
