This regulation may be cited as th R e evenue and Other Legislation (Postponement) Regulation 2000 . ˙ Postponed commencement of automatic commencement 2.(1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 3 November 2001. (2) In this section— “postponed law” means the uncommenced provisions of th R e evenue and Other Legislation Amendment Act (No. 2) 1999. ˙ Expiry 3. This regulation expires on 5 November 2001.
