[A ssented to 21 st N ovember , 1958.] B E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, b" y and with the advice and consent of~ the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows 1. (1.) This Act may be cited as “ The Returned Short titIe- Servicemen’s Badges Acts Amendment Act of 1958.’ (2.) *“ The Returned Servicemen's Badges Acts, 1956 ^1tncipal to 1957,” are in this Act referred to as the Principal Act. (3.) The Principal Act and this Act may be Collective collectively cited as “ The Returned Servicemen's Badges ' Acts, 1956 to 1958.” 2. Subsection one of section four of the Principal Act is amended— (i.) By inserting in the definition Prescribed returned servicemen’s association ", after paragraph (a), the following paragraphs :— “ (b) Queensland Ex-Prisoners of War Association; and (c) Australian Flying Corps and Royal Australian Air Force Association ; and ” ; and (ii.)
