Retirement Villages (Transitional) Regulation 2019

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Retirement Villages (Transitional) Regulation 2019.

2   Declaration that regulation is a transitional regulation—Act, s 237P

This regulation is a transitional regulation.

Note—

Under section 237P(4) of the Act, this regulation expires on 11 November 2020.

3   Application to tribunal for review of decision under Act, pt 2, div 5

(1)This section applies if a person is given a QCAT information notice for a decision under part 2, division 5 of the Act.

(2)The person may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to the tribunal for a review of the decision.
