I make the following notice under section 5(1A) of the Retirement Benefits Act 1993 .27 February 2007

1Short titleThis notice may be cited as the Retirement Benefits Amendment Notice 2007 . 2CommencementThis notice takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal NoticeIn this notice, the Retirement Benefits Notice 2005 is referred to as the Principal Notice. 4Clause 4 amended (Bodies and organisations to which Act applies) Clause 4 of the Principal Notice is amended by omitting "organisations, but excluding the employees and former employees of the Nursing Board of Tasmania and the University of Tasmania" and substituting "organisations".
