\ \ retired Judges ot tlio Supreme Court now in the receipt of Pensions Bo it theroforc' enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Xew South Mhiles in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows:—

1. Erom the passing of this Act the j)cnsions to which retired Pensions of veth-cd

Judges of the Supreme Court now in the rcceij)t of pensions shall he	J'ldges.
entitled and Avhich shall he payable to them shall be seven-tenths of the salaries actually receivt'd by them at the respective dates of their

retirement And such pensions shall he charged upon and payable Pensions secured,

out of the Consolidated llevenue Eund.

2. This Act mav he cited as the “ lletired Judges’ Pensions siiortutic.
