RETAIL TRADING HOURS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Retail Trading Hours Amendment

Regulation 7 amended

2. Regulation 7 of the Retail Trading Hours Regulations 1988* is amended in the Table in column 2 of item 4 by deleting "(excluding free standing furniture, carpets and electrical items);" and substltuting the following —

floor mats and rugs; carpets and electrical items other than ceiling fans); desk fans; (excluding free standing furniture other than shelving units,
