RETAIL TRADING HOURS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No.3) 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Retail Trading Hours Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 1990.

Commencement
2. These regulations shall come into operation on the day on which they are

Regulation 7 amended
3. Regulation 7 of the Retail Trading Hours Regulations 1988* is amended in
the Table by deleting "valued at not more than $1 000 per item" in column 2
opposite and corresponding to item 2.
