Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Retail Trading Hours
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2004.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Retail Trading
Hours Regulations 1988*.

3.            Regulation 7 amended

The Table to regulation 7 is amended in item 4 Column 2 by inserting after "fans);" —
