RETAIL TRADING HOURS AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Retail Trading Hours Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1996.

Regulation 7 amended

2. Regulation 7 of Retail Trading Hours Regulations 1988* is amended in

column 2 of the Table to that regulation —

(a) in item 1 by inserting after "original works;" the following —

" art and craft supplies; "; and

(b)	in item 4 by inserting after —
(i) "desk fans;" the following —

" indoor television antennae;

(ii) "light fittings);" the following —

" computer cables; "; and

(iii) "playground equipment" the following —

; auto body filler and spray putty; auto surface primer

and body black; art and craft supplies
