Regulations 2017

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.       Citation

5976 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 22 December 2017

2.     Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.      Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Retail Trading Hours
Regulations 1988.

4.      Regulation 8 amended

In regulation 8(1) delete "shall be made on Form No. 5.- and

insert:

is to be made in a form approved by the chief executive officer.

5. Schedule amended
In the Schedule delete Form No. 5.
