Retail Trading Hours Act 1987

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Retail Trading Hours Amendment

Regulations 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Retail Trading Hours Amendment Regulations 2016.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Retail Trading Hours
Regulations 1988.

4.            Regulation 11 replaced

Delete regulation 11 and insert:

11.          Goods for sale at filling station

Under section 14A(1)(b) of the Act the goods set Out in the Table are prescribed for the purposes of sale at all filling stations.
