Retail Trading Hours Amendment

Regulations 2004

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Retail Trading Hours

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Retail Trading
Hours Regulations 1988*.

3. Regulation 7 amended
The Table to regulation 7 is amended as follows:

(a) in item 1 column 2 by inserting after "materials" -

44 ; calico or similar re-useable shopping bags '';

(b)	in item 2 column 2 by inserting after "coins" — " ; calico or similar re-useable shopping bags ";
(c)	in item 3 column 2 by inserting after "Pharmacy Act 1964" —
