Retail Trading Hours Amendment

Regulations 1999

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Retail Trading Hours
Amendment Regulations 1999.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Retail Trading
Hours Regulations 1988*.

3.            Regulation 6 amended

Regulation 6 is amended by inserting after "Act" the following —

for a certificate certifying a retail shop to be a small
retail shop

4.            Regulation 7 amended

(1) The 'fable to Regulation 7 is amended in item 4 in column 2 by

inserting after "(excluding clothing" the following —

(2) The Table to Regulation 7 is amended in item 8 in column 2 by

deleting the full stop and inserting instead —
