RETAIL TRADING HOURS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Retail Trading Hours Amendment

Regulations 1997.

Regulation 7 amended

2.     The Table to regulation 7 of the Retail Trading Hours Regulations 1988*

is amended in item 10 —

(a) in column 1, by deleting "(shops accredited as Delivery Agents,
Shop Newsagents, Combined Newsagents or Sub-Agents under
substituting the following — any scheme of accreditation approved by the Minister)" and

(b) in column 2, by deleting "exluding" and substituting the

following —

" excluding ".
