RETAIL TRADING HOURS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.  These regulations may be cited as the Retail Trading Hours Amendment

Regulations 1994.

Principal regulations

2.   In these regulations the Retail Trading Hours Regulations 1988* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulations 5 and 6 repealed and regulations substituted

3.  Regulations 5 and 6 of the principal regulations are repealed and the

following regulations are substituted —

Goods and services for sale at small retail shops

5. Under section 10 (3) (a) of the Act goods and services of all descriptions are prescribed for the purposes of sale at a small retail shop.

Application for small retail shop certificate

6. An application under section 11 (1) of the Act is to be made

in a form approved by the chief executive officer.

Schedule amended

4.  The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by deleting Forms

1, 2, 3 and 4.
