An Act to amend the Retail Trading Hours Act 1987.

[Assented to 22 September 2010]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Retail Trading Hours Amendment (Armadale Special Trading Precinct)

Act 2010

s. 1

1.             Short title

This is the Retail Trading Hours Amendment (Armadale Special

Trading Precinct) Act 2010.

2.             Commencement

This Act comes into operation as follows —

(a)	sections 1 and 2 — on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent;
(b)	the rest of the Act — on the day after that day.

3.             Act amended

This Act amends the Retail Trading Hours Act 1987.

4.             Section 12A amended

(1) In section 12A(4) insert in alphabetical order:

Armadale special trading precinct means the area or

areas prescribed for the purposes of this definition;

(2)

In section 12A(4) in the definition of special trading precinct

after “means the” insert:

Armadale special trading precinct,
