2 Retail Shop Leases (Tribunals) No. 158, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Retail Shop Leases (Tribunals) Order 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. This order in council commences on 21 May 1993. ˙ Tribunals established 3. There are established 3 Retail Shop Lease Tribunals. ˙ Appointment of Tribunal members 4.(1) JUDGE PAUL VIVIAN LOEWENTHAL, a retired Judge of District Courts, is appointed to each of the Tribunals for a term of 18 months starting on 21 May 1993 and ending on 20 November 1994. (2) Each of the following persons, representative of persons who are landlords under retail shop leases, is appointed as a member of a Retail Shop Lease Tribunal for a term of 18 months starting on 21 May 1993 and ending on 20 November 1994— TREVOR JOHN DAVIES CHARLES JAMES KRUGER SANDRA MICHELLE KAIRL. (3) Each of the following persons, representative of persons who are tenants under retail shop leases, is appointed as a member of a Retail Shop Lease Tribunal for a term of 18 months starting on 21 May 1993 and ending on 20 November 1994— LYNETTE ANN PETERS GRANT MILTON SOMERVILLE MALCOLM MACRAE.

3 Retail Shop Leases (Tribunals) No. 158, 1993 ˙ Membership of Tribunals 5.(1) The first Tribunal is to consist of Judge Paul Vivian Loewenthal, Trevor John Davies and Lynette Ann Peters. (2) The second Tribunal is to consist of Judge Paul Vivian Loewenthal, Charles James Kruger and Grant Milton Somerville. (3) The third Tribunal is to consist of Judge Paul Vivian Loewenthal, Sandra Michelle Kairl and Malcolm Macrae. ˙ Repeal 6.
